Ma'Sheka founded A Healthier You, Inc. (AHY), a nonprofit dedicated to holistic well-being. AHY's mission is to help individuals and communities transform mentally, spiritually, financially, physically, emotionally, and socially. Ma'Sheka's journey began as a community health worker, experiencing stress-related health issues. She discovered the importance of holistic well-being through yoga and meditation. Realizing that health is multi-dimensional, she founded AHY to promote well-being comprehensively. AHY was born during the COVID-19 pandemic, offering programs on mental, emotional, physical, social, spiritual, and financial health, along with yoga and meditation. Today, AHY is a supportive community committed to helping individuals become their healthiest selves.
