The ACE Mentor Program Engages, Excites, and Enlightens Metro-Detroit high school students by opening the door to careers in architecture, engineering, and construction. Through weekly, hands-on mentorship, students work directly with industry professionals to design real-world projects, tour job sites, and see how what they learn in school connects to meaningful careers.

For students, ACE is a life-changing opportunity to build skills, gain confidence, and form relationships that lead to college access, externships, scholarships, internships, and future employment.
