Our vision is a world where youth are heard, equipped, and empowered to lead transformative change and build a generational legacy of stronger, more inclusive communities.

Through our Youth Volunteer Corps of Reading programs and our Generation Impact initiative, we are cultivating leadership, inspiring service, and creating opportunities for young people to drive meaningful, lasting change in Berks County and beyond.
