Your donation will not only help to promote and keep play accessible in Jacksonville and throughout Onslow County, but it will also help to ensure that all of our exhibits are fun, interactive and encourage learning to all of our visitors! We are continuously looking to enhance our play areas, develop new and exciting exhibits, and extend our reach.

+provide summer camp scholarships so all children have access to fun, educational summer experiences ($200 provides one child, one week of camp)

Mission statement:

Zing Zumm will engage all children through hands-on learning experiences that promote play, inspire imagination, foster creativity, and spark exploration in a fun, family friendly environment.

Guiding principles:

1. We believe all children have a right to play in their own way in a place that is accessible, safe, and welcoming.

2. We believe that children are naturally curious and that access to educational play is essential to developing discovery skills outside of, or before, the classroom.

3. We believe messy play is fun

4. We believe people of all ages enjoy play and that children learn best from their first teachers: their parents/caregivers, and therefore encourage guests of any age to engage in play.

5. Our staff, board, and volunteers are representative of the diversity of our community and we choose to promote kindness and inclusion in all things we do.
