Happy 2nd Anniversary to the Downtown Day Services Center!

Help us celebrate the second year of operations for the state-of-the-art Downtown Day Services Center to support individuals experiencing homelessness in DowntownDC. 

This past year was marked by extreme challenges caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, but the DowntownDC Business Improvement District (BID) never ceased operations, services and meal distribution for those in need thanks to ongoing support from the DC Department of Human Services and the work of our tireless team and partners, including Pathways to Housing DC.

Since opening in February 2019, the Center has:

• Served over 67,500 guests
• Served over 55,000 meals
• Provided 11,000 showers
• Run 5,500 loads of laundry
• Secured housing for over 50 individuals
