Adecco Group x Dress for Success: Your Hour, Her Power®

by Dress for Success Worldwide

As a company that cares about women’s equality, equity and opportunity, the Adecco Group has taken the pledge to empower women this Women’s History Month in partnership with Dress for Success®.

We are excited to have Corinne Ripoche, Regional President of the Adecco Group, highlighted in the Your Hour, Her Power campaign, joining fellow female CEOs by donating one hour of their salary to support women empowerment programs at Dress for Success.

In partnership with the Adecco Group US Foundation, Adecco Group leaders in North America are proud to join Corinne and support the Her Hour, Your Power and invite our colleagues, friends and families to join the movement by donating today. The Foundation has pledged to generously match all donations up to $25,000!

By giving one hour of your pay, or any amount that you are comfortable with, you give a Dress for Success woman access to programs, services, and tools that will help her achieve economic advancement. Please note that you can pledge any amount and have the option to make your donation anonymous.

With your help we can reach our goal of $25,000 to help women worldwide.

About Your Hour, Her Power

Dress for Success' annual International Women’s Day / Women’s History Month campaign, Your Hour, Her Power, calls on individuals to give just one hour of pay to help women achieve financial independence and upward mobility.

They have expanded the campaign concept in 2021 by honoring women in positions of power throughout the month of March to highlight the importance and impact of female leadership when it is most needed.
