2021 Feminine Hygiene Kit Project

by D.R.E.W. Projects

Problem

Feminine hygiene products are costly and can create an affordability barrier for women and girls experiencing homelessness. Additionally, many shelters or drop-in centers operate within a tight budget and could use support in offsetting the rising cost of feminine hygiene items for their participants.

How can D.R.E.W. Projects help?

  • Donate feminine hygiene kits to shelters or drop-in centers serving women and girls experiencing homelessness so they can shift hygiene funds to other operating expenses
  • Provide direct access to pads, tampons, liners, cleansing wipes, and hand sanitizers to those women and girls living on the street
