Sponsor a Child’s Therapy

You can help a child receive mental health support services by a trained professional. The typical cost of a therapy session in this region runs $150-$175/session. This does not include the cost of paying our schedulers, billers, and administrative staff. Your donation or monthly sponsorship will help a child receive the services he or she needs. Each $100 donation covers one session.

Our mission: We positively impact the mental health of Northern Utah residents by promoting wellness, strengthening families and healing lives.

We provide affordable mental health counseling to adults, youth and families, especially those in crisis who have nowhere else to turn for help. We provide Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) addressing a variety of issues, including those related to depression, anxiety, suicide, grief, substance and domestic abuse, anger management, and recovery from trauma.

For uninsured (no Medicaid, Medicare or CHIP) individuals with a household income between 100-200% of the Federal Poverty Level, we offer a sliding scale fee structure with reduced co-pays.
