Flagstaff Shelter Services is gearing up for a fantastic summer! Despite the fact that we are once again unable to host our largest annual fundraiser, Feast for Flagstaff, we aren't letting that get us down. We still have big goals to get as many of our neighbors back into permanent housing, and keep fighting to end homelessness, one new beginning at a time. 

We have already been able to shelter and permanently house SO many of our neighbors in need as we have exited the quarantine hotels, but we are getting ready to do another big housing push this summer. But we can't do it without you. It is our goal to move 20 families and individuals into homes of their own in the coming months. On average it costs $2500 for all of the related costs to make this happen. That means to house 20 families we need $50,000, and it is our goal to raise that by June 5th. We know we can do this! 

So over over the month of May, there will be a series of events across our community to raise money to MAKE IT POSSIBLE for some of our neighbors to regain stability in their lives. If you want to organize a fundraiser between May 6th and June 5th, let us know and we will put it on our calendar and help promote! This can be hosting a facebook fundraiser, a real-life fundraiser, gather your coworkers to fundraise together, convince a local business to host something, organize a yard sale, get your congregation on board to support these efforts, make a peer-to-peer fundraiser, or just simply mail in a check or make a donation on this page... the opportunities are endless! Let's do this Flagstaff!
