The Friends believe in the importance of a strong, relevant, and well-funded library. The Friends support the library by raising funds to help pay for programs, materials, and services. Since 2002, the Friends have contributed about $70,000 to the library for many programs, including the popular summer adult and children’s reading programs, Book Babies, and the World of Books.
