The Colorado Apartment (CAA) has partnered with the Resident Relief Foundation to create a financial relief fund that will directly help qualified Colorado residents who are struggling to pay their rent because of coronavirus-related job or income loss or illness. We know so many Coloradans are struggling with job losses and other financial challenges – and this situation evolved so rapidly with little warning! Please help us make a difference in the lives of these residents.

“We invite Coloradans from across the State to join us in extending critical financial support to residents who have lost their job during this pandemic and need help paying rent,” said Mark Williams, executive vice president of the Colorado Apartment Association. “Everyone wins when residents stay in their homes and our industry is dedicated to helping Colorado residents have a safe and clean place to live. We are confident in the compassion and generosity of Colorado residents and housing providers and believe this initiative will help many people who are struggling.”

CAA is matching up to $25,000 in contributions to this campaign. Thank you for your support in helping Colorado residents. Together, we will get through this! Every donation is 100% tax-deductible. RRF’s co-founders cover 100% of the overhead so every cent of your donation goes to help someone or a family at risk of eviction in Colorado.

You can donate ONLINE, or you can also mail a check to the address below. Please be sure to make checks payable to Resident Relief Foundation but note (CAA) Colorado Apartment Association with your donation to ensure your contribution goes to COLORADO residents!
