Despite eviction moratoriums and/or court closings around the country, there are still communities that have taken no position putting residents at risk of eviction.

In addition, there will be thousands of responsible residents unable to meet the repayment arrangements once the crisis is over which negatively impacts the owners and managers.

We are stronger together.  Luxer One is joining the Resident Relief Initiative to help good, hard-working residents affected by the COVID-19 crisis by donating a portion of locker sales for April and May, as well as fundraising for this great cause.  Please contribute as much as you can and share this need with your network.  As a public 501(c)(3) nonprofit, every donation to Resident Relief Foundation is 100% tax-deductible and the co-founders of the nonprofit cover 100% of the overhead which means every cent of your donation goes to help someone at risk of eviction and possibly homelessness.
