What We Do

We serve expectant parents from 34 weeks of pregnancy through 6 months postpartum, providing personalized care and education every step of the way. Each client is paired with a coordinator and a birth doula to create a birth plan and receive labor support, followed by postpartum doula care to ease the transition into parenthood. Our postpartum doulas “mother the mother,” offering hands-on help like infant care, meal prep, light housekeeping, and emotional support so parents can focus on healing and bonding.

Hands Free and Happy envisions a community where every parent feels prepared, supported, and confident in caring for their baby. By collaborating with skilled providers and support staff, we deliver education on childbirth, postpartum recovery, and infant development, reduce misinformation, and foster readiness for bonding. Our focus is on families from 34 weeks pregnant through 3 months postpartum, with eligibility extending from 28 weeks to 6 months postpartum when circumstances require.
