Get Connected, HYC Youth Share Their Journeys

You are invited to meet some  HYC youth and learn more  about their experience. These inspiring young people have overcome significant barriers while working toward graduating high school and creating a plan for their future, despite being homeless. You will also learn how the community has provided support and resources to help them be successful, feel empowered and create lasting solutions.
