Derek Strokon was on the slopes by his home trying to decompress when he came up with the idea and instead of sleeping on it, immediately called Chason to discuss it. From that conversation on the side of a mountain the plan was formed.

TK Cookbook feeds the Transformation Kitchen™️program, which is HR-4U, INC.'s boots-on-the-ground efforts to break the cycles of poverty, homelessness, and food insecurity, globally.

When you purchase your book through this method, it will take a bit longer to get the book, but more of the proceeds go directly to the TK program, like our very first kitchen built last year in Matagalpa, Nicaragua with our partners Rayo de Sol!

It's packed with recipes that feed your body, mind and soul, literally. These are tried and true recipes from home cooks, inspiring chefs, and culinary legends doing work in the industry.
