During the coronavirus pandemic, Hudson River Housing is working around the clock to help. The homeless and housing insecure are particularly vulnerable during this time. Together, we can ensure that everyone has the resources they need to stay safe and healthy. For nearly 40 years, Hudson River Housing has been there 365 days a year to help those in need in times of crisis and calm, and we remain committed to doing all we can.

Your support will help us keep our stockpiles of supplies full, deploy staff and volunteers to feed families, and provide extra transportation to those that need help getting to grocery stores or medical facilities. We're also preparing to provide relief to those struggling with rent and bills, and to our neighborhood small businesses who are closing their doors.

Your monetary contributions gives us the most flexibility during this rapidly changing pandemic to ensure access to safe, healthy, stable housing is something everyone can count on. We are also accepting donations of gift cards to grocery stores, local businesses, and pharmacies that will be distributed to those in need. These can be purchased online and sent directly to us at 313 Mill Street, Poughkeepsie, NY 12601. The only donations of goods we are currently accepting are cleaning supplies, personal hygiene supplies, and nonperishable foods. Call ahead to (845) 454-5176 if you have a donation to make.
