For 15 years, IndyHub has worked each and every day to grow, engage, and empower a community of 20- and 30-somethings who are meaningfully connected to our city and invested in its future. For the transplant looking to get plugged in to their new home, we provide early opportunities to meet new people, one-on-one connections, and intentional introductions to the organizations and volunteer opportunities that make our city special. For the home-comer, intern, and soon-to-be college graduate trying to determine if Indy is right for them, we create experiences that explore neighborhoods and cultural amenities, showcasing how vibrant a city Indy has become. And for the emerging leader, we provide the education and leadership development to help them carve out their impact and activate their passions for the good of our community and its residents.

Our commitment to this work is unwavering, because we know that when we all work together, when young leaders have a seat at the table and when we are striving toward the same bright future, our city thrives. And it shows. Our young and talented residents are stepping up as entrepreneurs, non-profit and civic leaders, board members, volunteers, and advocates. With every hour served or opportunity seized, they are shaping our city for generations to come.

As we look to the next 15 years, we know that our work is far from over. We must do more to connect, engage, and develop a diverse and inclusive network of leaders. We must be committed to impact, deepening connection to our city, and increasing the attraction and retention of talent. And we must take the steps necessary to ensure Indianapolis is America’s most welcoming, thriving, and empowering city for young leaders.

Help us raise $15,000 by December 30, 2020 in pursuit of these goals.
