PMDD Awareness Month is an internationally celebrated event in its ninth year, with the goal to raise awareness and build advocacy for Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD). PMDD is a much under-diagnosed menstrual health condition affecting 1 in 20 women and AFAB individuals with severe and debilitating mental, emotional, and physical symptoms. This year’s theme is “Many Hands Make Light Work,” a true testament to the PMDD community who have shined a light on the silent suffering of women and are igniting a fight for change.

It takes a village to change the world.
