Jazz Outreach Initiative ("JOI") is a 501c3 jazz education charity based in Las Vegas and an affiliate of Jazz at Lincoln Center in New York City. Through the vision of local native, master jazz artist Kenny Rampton, member of The Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra with Wynton Marsalis, we at JOI have created wonderful programs for students across southern Nevada to experience, explore, learn, and play jazz. These programs include:

"Las Vegas Youth Jazz Orchestra" - A new collaboration between the Las Vegas Youth Orchestras and Jazz Outreach Initiative, the LVYJO will launch its inaugural season spring 2020 with students from across southern Nevada. Students will be taught by local professionals, artists, and band directors as well as Kenny Rampton and luminary jazz artists from across America.
