LINC envisions communities and workplaces where everyone feels welcome, gets rooted, and thrives. Every newcomer deserves to feel like they belong where they live and work. Community belonging is linked to happiness, health, and better life outcomes.

In 2024, LINC served nearly 400 households that relocated to the greater Lehigh Valley. Yet, many newcomers to our community don’t get access to LINC through their employers. Your support enables us to assist those in need seeking resources, such as child care or help finding a job in a new area.
