Champions for Children Virtual Luncheon

by Liberty House Center

Children need Champions.

At Liberty House, our mission is excellence in the assessment, treatment, and prevention of child abuse, neglect, trauma, and grief in order to promote health and hope in children, youth, families, and communities in Marion and Polk counties. Last year, we saw 1,200 children that desperately needed our services. We worked at max capacity all year round, yet, there were over 11,000 reports of abuse in Marion and Polk counties.

Our Champions choose every day that abuse is intolerable in our cities and homes. They choose to believe that every child has the right to a safe and cherished life. They choose to protect the future of this community. They believe that together, with Liberty House, we can bring life-changing hope and healing.

Becoming a Champion for Children means that you will be a cornerstone for children that come to Liberty House, making sure that our services are always ready for any child. Not only will you support us in assessing and treating abuse, you will also help your neighbors be more educated and ready to react to the issue of child abuse through our community trainings.

Become a Liberty House monthly donor today and you can be a Champion for Children
