At M.E.A.N. Girls Empowerment™ (Manage Emotions Avoid Negativity Girls Inc.), we are shaping the next generation of confident, purpose-driven young women across the Greater Chicagoland area.

Founded in 2014, our 501(c)(3) organization empowers girls ages 8–18 to prioritize their mental well-being, embrace positive self-expression, and grow as leaders in their schools and communities.

Through mentorship, social-emotional learning, and creative development, our programs help girls strengthen their confidence, courage, and character. Participants gain practical life skills, from clear communication and goal-setting to critical thinking and decision-making that prepare them to thrive in every area of life.
