UtmostU, a program of the Network for Young Adult Success, was created to ensure that young adults in the most under-resourced Chicago neighborhoods have the supports and guidance to attain careers of their choosing and become leaders in their communities.

Our support model uses a high-tech, high-touch approach to ensure all students have a post-secondary plan and the skills and confidence to achieve it. Our network of partners provides a range of services, including college counseling and career coaching, workforce development training, apprenticeship and internship matching, and mentorship. We are a non-selective program that serves students across Chicago.
