Pawsome September – Get Moving for the Animals!

We are gearing up for our winter needs and can use your help.

For this event we encourage you to just get out and move during the last of our summer like weather. It doesn't matter if it is running, walking, biking, kayaking, swimming, or any other method of movement, we just want you to get out there and get moving for the benefit of the animals.

1) Start your own or team custom fundraising page by clicking on Start A Fundraiser on the Pawsome September home page.

2) Describe your movement activity or challenge.

3) Set-up your goal amount for the animals.

4) Invite your friends and family to join your team or to donate to your page.

Celebrate at Newberg Animal Shelter, Saturday 10-3-2026

Donations of any size are greatly appreciated! Giving $10 supports vaccines and microchipping. $25 covers lodging and enrichment needs for the animals. And $50 will aid in spay and neuter services.

Every bit you share of your journey through the month helps us immensely. But the important thing to remember is to have fun and get out there and move during this Pawsome September!
