2020-21 North Snohomish County Cold Weather Shelter

by North Snohomish County Outreach

Last season, two people in North Snohomish County perished to hypothermia while waiting for housing. We do not want to lose any of our neighbors this season to the cold. You can help keep our neighbors alive.

The 2020-21 cold weather shelter season will be even more challenging due to the Covid-19 pandemic. North Snohomish County Outreach (NSCO) serves a broad, mostly rural area with no ongoing emergency shelters and few services for the growing number of people who lose their housing or experience housing instability in our area.

NCSO will lead the community coordination of providing motel rooms this winter for those experiencing homelessness.

Your donation will provide a safe, warm space for our vulnerable neighbors currently living outdoors, in their cars or in places that do not have heat. By donating, you are partnering with businesses, churches, other organizations, individuals, the cities and the county to provide not only shelter, but meals and access to laundry and other services.

Learn more about our program at www.NSCOutreach.org or Facebook.

Checks can be made out to NSCO and mailed to NSCO PO Box 3339, Arlington WA 98223.

Our EIN# is 82-3055297.
