Our sorority at the University of Vermont is proud to support Not Our Native Daughters (NOND) in their fight to end the crisis of Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls (MMIWG) and the human trafficking of Indigenous people. As part of our Women’s History Month initiative, we are raising funds to support NOND’s critical work in advocacy, education, and direct support for affected families.

Real change happens when everyday people take action—by bringing awareness, educating others, and standing up for those whose voices are often unheard. The MMIWG crisis is a hidden tragedy affecting Indigenous communities across the United States, and it takes all of us to shine a light on this issue.
