The Oxnard Performing Arts Center Corporation (OPAC) activates one of the largest and oldest arts facilities in Ventura County—serving over 350,000 people each year through more than 1,500 events. As a cultural anchor in one of California’s most underserved communities, OPAC produces free and low-cost programs both on-site and off-site, including in schools, festivals, and public spaces. From theater and music to visual arts, wellness, and youth development, our work brings meaningful arts experiences directly to those who need them most.
