PCF Development is a non-profit community development organization committed to revitalizing neighborhoods, strengthening households and creating opportunities for residents through affordable housing, financial empowerment, pre-purchase and post-purchase homebuyer education and community programs.

WHAT WE DO

Affordable Housing: Developing and managing 500+ safe, affordable apartments throughout Pawtucket and Central Falls. Selling hundreds of homes to first-time homebuyers and creating stability for families.
Innovation in Construction: Employing an in-house construction crew to build new and renovate existing homes. PCF Development is the only non-profit registered General Contractor in RI.
Financial Empowerment: Providing counseling, education, and tools to help residents achieve financial health.
Community Revitalization: Investing in neighborhoods through partnerships, creating employment opportunities, and participating in health initiatives.
