Our mission is to provide for the wellness, awareness, and restoration of Black people with and highly impacted by HIV, viral hepatitis, and/or substance use disorders, particularly in rural and Southern communities in the United States.

We envision Blacks experiencing, or who are highly vulnerable to HIV, viral hepatitis, and/or substance use disorders live connected and thriving lives free of bias, lack, stigma, and invisibility because of health status, social identities, and/or geographic residence. The Reginald & Dionne Smith Foundation (RDSF) recognizes the important impact that personal and social trauma plays on our emotional, mental, and physical health.

We take a holistic approach that addresses mental, provide our services virtually, remotely and face to face removing all geographical obstacles. Special care is given to address cultural diversities.
