Each year we look forward to having the opportunity to invite amazing supporters like you to our Annual Breaking the Chains of Human Trafficking Gala. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have decided to cancel this year’s Gala, which was scheduled for Saturday, November 7, 2020. This event helps us to raise a significant portion of our annual income, which helps us to support our operations and programming. Thanks to the contributions of so many supporters in the past, we can actively provide holistic restorative services for minor and adult human trafficking and sexual assault victims.

Although we will not be able to gather in person this year, RJEC will be hosting an online virtual fundraiser on November 7, 2020 on our website at rjecempower.org. The online virtual gala offers multiple ways you can help support RJEC’s mission. Our goal is to continue to provide the necessary programs and services that help victims/survivors heal in a place of stability, trust and love.

We believe that with your help, we can continue to provide these essential programs and services for those who have been affected by the atrocious crime of human trafficking. The Center focuses on the holistic needs of the victims we serve including their mental, physical, educational, and emotional needs. We are asking you to partner with us and support the 2020 Breaking the Chains of Human Trafficking Virtual Fundraiser by providing a donation in any amount to help us continue to provide the following:

• Street Outreach services to trafficking victims and those at risk

• Individualized therapy/Horse therapy/Art therapy /Weekly support groups

• Court/personal advocacy/Support services
