Be a part of developing future major league baseball players!

Who we are: The Rochester Ridgemen compete in the New York Collegiate Baseball League. The NYCBL, founded in 1978, is a summer wood bat league sanctioned by the NCAA and partially funded by Major League Baseball. The league gives college players who have not yet signed a professional contract the opportunity to develop their skills at a higher level of play, gain experience with wood bats, and be evaluated by scouts.

What we do: Teams play a 40 game regular season schedule beginning in June and ending by August. The All-Star game is played in early July, and the League Championship Series concludes the last week of July. The Ridgemen are dedicated to developing future MLB players into complete athletes, focusing on their skills, motivations, and character.

Why Sponsors are vital: The Ridgemen compete against 11 other teams in Western NY. The average player fees in the league are $1500. Without sponsors, our player fees would need to be $3000 to cover the budget. With sponsors, we recruit the best players, charge them only $1000 in fees, be the best team in the league, and show the world some Rochester NY pride by developing more future major league baseball players!

What’s in it for you: Helping these young men pursue their dreams. Marketing at each home game in the programs, on the live game broadcast, and on the website. Home game promotions, throw out the 1st pitch, private meet and greet with players, coaches, and special MLB guests. Outfield marketing banner. And more!
