Volunteers at S.A.F.E. House are required to undergo a background check.

You will be asked to complete a lengthy form during your volunteer orientation so the State of New Mexico can conduct a full background check. This background check is paid for when S.A.F.E. House registers the potential volunteer during orientation.

Fingerprints must be completed in a timely fashion, or the check will be canceled.

To help S.A.F.E. House with the financial burden of the background check, we ask that volunteers consider making a donation.
