Friends of the Japanese Tea Garden
The Friends of the Japanese Tea Garden is a volunteer organization founded to help promote, protect and enhance the Japanese Tea Garden in Golden Gate Park in San Francisco. We are excited to work with the Recreation and Park Department and the San Francisco Parks Alliance , our fiscal sponsor, to raise funds to restore the 100+ year old pagoda. (see campaign link below)

This year, we will embark on a public-private joint fundraising effort to collect funds to restore the 100+ year old pagoda brought to the tea garden from the Panama-Pacific Exposition in 1915. We are partnered with the Recreation and Parks Department and the San Francisco Parks Alliance. All contributions are tax-deductible.
