We're thrilled to announce the launch of the SynGAP Research Fund’s Coast2Coast Clinics Challenge! This fundraising initiative is a friendly competition between teams located in the Eastern and Western USA, both raising funds to establish a third world-class clinical site with expertise on SYNGAP1-Related Disorders. The expected cost to launch a site is about $500,000, so that's our target. As many of you know, SRF teams participate each spring in our virtual 5k fun run, Sprint4Syngap. But we have yet to engage in an SRF-wide team-based fundraiser during the fall season…until now! The Coast2Coast Clinics Challenge will feature two teams (SYNGAP1 Squads).

East | Led by SRF Board of Trustees Chair, Suzanne Jones

West | Led by SRF Founder and CEO, Mike Graglia

The dividing line for determining your team’s squad? The Mississippi River, of course! Funds raised through our Coast2Coast Clinics Challenge will benefit SRF’s effort to establish clinical sites around the country with expertise in SYNGAP1.
