The forced implementation of remote work caused by the pandemic has created a complex set of challenges for individual contributors, middle managers, and senior leaders resulting in lost productivity and missed deadlines.  Little understanding exists about the gaps in support systems, policy and procedures, and technology infrastructure that can restore normal operations in a remote environment.  

Solution: Perform a deep survey of individual contributors, middle manager, and senior leaders to understand the gaps in support systems, policy and procedures, and technology infrastructure that are preventing employees from successfully performing their job function remotely. 

This study intends to document gaps that prevent individual contributors, middle managers, and senior leaders from: 

• Performing their professional job function  

• Meeting their individual responsibilities to their families 

• Finding time and space for self-care 

The study will also examine, social and emotional needs of employees, deficiencies of existing organizational processes and workflows, and technological Solutions. 

The study will provide decision makers insights to optimally address the most pressing gaps for individual contributors, middle manager, and senior leaders that will restore a productive work remote work environment to the same levels before the pandemic.
