Help Bring Positivity to the Classroom

The Life is Good Kids Foundation's signature Playmaker Program provides childcare professionals with in-person and online training, support, and workshops that help them understand trauma and compassion-informed care. Over 15,000 childcare professionals are engaged in the Playmaker Program, which improves the quality of care for more than 1 million kids each year.

The Life is Good Kids Foundation is excited to be launching the Life is Good Superpower Kit to help bring even more joy to the classroom. This classroom kit, built for grades K-5, is created and powered by the Life is Good Playmakers to help kids and teachers activate the social and emotional traits (we call them Superpowers) that make life good in schools.

The kit includes: A robust library of online resources and on-demand training for teachers, 11 classroom posters with classic Life is Good art and messages, collectible awards for kids, great swag, and 100 activity cards aligned the 5 core competencies of social and emotional learning.

"The superpower framework wraps up everything that we stand for in the business of education in a fun, accessible way. It's not a new program. It's an operating system that makes what we do even better."

- Tom Welch, Principal

Activate Social and Emotional Learning in a Classroom

Aligned with the Collaborative for Academic, Social and Emotional Learning (CASEL) 5 core competencies, this kit serves to enhance the learning priorities already in place by elevating joy, connection, and safety in the classroom through our signature play activities, products, and art. The 10 superpowers equate to 10 months of the school year, which means teachers get a chance each month to renew excitement and re-energize the school community under a shared theme.
