TransCen had a remarkable 2022 as we emerged from the COVID crisis, helping even more people experience meaningful work and community inclusion – our long-held mission.

Our services are more than activities for the individuals we work with - they provide community and give meaning to their lives – a sense of belonging and purpose we all deserve. Our programs develop and enhance work and life skills, all with a focus on seamless transition, competitive employment, and community living for youth and adults with disabilities.

As we enter our 37th year as a nonprofit, we continue to look forward. Our 2023 goals include:

Expanding our online and hybrid training to allow more people access to state-of-the-art practices in employment and community inclusion
Increasing the number of clients served to over 300
Enhancing our community outreach and partnerships efforts to reach more employers, families, and individuals with disabilities
Develop additional community-building services to support job seekers with disabilities
Investing in our trainers so we can provide additional services
