Hi, we’re Launch Point Creative.

We’re a nonprofit workforce development program for college students, using marketing and communications to turn today’s students into tomorrow’s leaders.

Gen Z is full of creativity, ambition, and a drive to make a difference. They are the future innovators, leaders, and visionaries who will shape our world. But too many of these talented young people are entering the workforce without the skills they need to succeed. This isn’t just a gap—it’s a missed opportunity for all of us.

If we don’t prepare this generation, we all lose. But if we invest in their success, we all win.

Our mission is to give young people the skills and experience they need to thrive in entry-level communications roles. We provide hands-on training in social media, branding, graphic design, and website design, helping students (who we call “Creators”) build real skills and confidence.
