Support our Lone Soldiers for Rosh Hashanah and beyond!

by The Michael Levin Lone Soldier Foundation

In today's ever-changing landscape, there has been a never-changing constant - the dedication of our brave lone soldiers who are protecting Israel, the land they love. These amazing young men and women chose to leave the comforts of home and family to move to Israel and proudly serve in the Israel Defense Forces.

During weekends and holidays, Israeli soldiers leave base and return home to their families who lovingly provide them with home cooked meals, clean laundry, support and advice. Lone soldiers, counted among the most dedicated and exemplary in the field, do not have that option. They leave base and are faced with the challenges of shopping, cooking, doing laundry and running personal errands on their own. Lone soldiers are proud to protect the Jewish homeland, though many struggle with obtaining basic necessities. They may also need assistance with medical or mental health counseling and may not know how to access such help. They crave the opportunity to socialize with their peers and ask advice from others with similar experiences. The organizations who apply for and receive our grant funds provide our lone soldiers with such assistance and more.

Wishing you a happy, healthy, sweet New Year
