West-Mont Serve-a-Thon 2021

by West-Mont Christian Academy

This year West-Mont Christian Academy is celebrating 40 years of serving families through Christian education. The school has gone through many changes, but God has remained faithful through it all, even during the pandemic.

As part of our celebration of God’s faithfulness, our campus is joining our sister campus, Berks Christian, in our first ever Serve-a-Thon. This day-long event allows our students and staff to become the hands and feet of Jesus for a day and serve needs in our community. The Serve-a-Thon also provides an opportunity for you to join us in serving needs in our community. By sponsoring me in this year’s Serve-a-Thon, you will help provide the needed financial support for families to experience the blessings of Christian education through four scholarship funds:

  • Hallways of Hope: additional aid for our families with the most need
  • Financial aid: available to families with financial need
  • Jim Welsh scholarship: available to families with multiple children
  • COVID relief scholarships: for those families impacted by job loss in the pandemic

Serve-a-Thon will take place on Thursday, May 6th. The theme for this school year is unity, based on Psalms 133:1: "How good and pleasant it is when God's people live together in unity." What an incredible opportunity to experience this unity as we come together to serve others for the day!

Would you consider giving what you can to help be a part of continuing the work God is doing in and through my school community? Thank you!
