2025 Fun Run: Step by Step, Making Zion Shine!

Grab those running shoes, head to the start line, and go! On Friday, September 26th, preschool through 8th grade will participate in the Lion’s Roar Fun Run, running or walking laps to raise money for Zion Lutheran School.

Building on Last Year’s Success

Thanks to your amazing support at last year’s Auction and Fun Run, we made a real dent in our $300,000 renovation goal! Together, we painted classrooms, refreshed the stairwell, and renovated multiple bathrooms.

But there’s still more work to do—and we know we can do it together! With the funds raised this year, we’ll continue transforming our school with:

More bathroom renovations

Freshly painted classrooms and halls

New flooring for brighter, modern learning spaces

These updates will give our Zion Lions the best, most comfortable environment they need to thrive.

Our Goal: $23,000

The total cost of renovations is about $300,000. This year’s Fun Run goal is $23,000, and every dollar raised brings us closer to creating a brighter future for our school community.

How to Get Involved

Fundraising is open now through October 3rd using Give Lively, a free nonprofit platform (we only pay small credit card fees, which donors can choose to cover at checkout).

To set up your child’s fundraising page:

Scroll down and click “I want to Fundraise.”

Follow the steps, or log in with last year’s account. Families with multiple children may set up one family page or use different emails for each child.

Add a photo, a note, and share your child’s page with family and friends!

All payments are due by October 3rd, 2025. For families using one page, totals will be divided among children.
