Join us on August 25 at 4pm for 825's Fundraiser Birthday Party, a fun and art-filled evening where artists, community members, and 825 supporters come together to support 825 Arts as a creative home for our community.

It's not just a fundraiser, it's a birthday party celebrating 2 years of amazing work and the beautiful community that we serve.

Every dollar we raise goes straight to our work in the neighborhood: youth programs where art and leaderhship are taught side by side, community festivals that celebrate the incredible richness and diversity of our neighborhood, and free events where folks can come together to heal together.

825 Arts has been doing that work for two years, and together we want to make sure that work continues for years to come.

EVENT SCHEDULE:

4pm- Doors Open!

4-515pm- 

• Art making (including origami, portraits, cookie decorating, Minecrafte, and a community balloon project)
• Snacks (including a taste of our block- Ethiopian, Vietnamese, and Mexican finger foods and a $3 "LaCroix Pull"
• An Art Vending Machine, selling art from our Artist Membership and YALT

515-615pm- Program (hosted by local legend Joy Dolo), including

• A performance by the Theater Tuesday crew
• Musical Performance
• A celebration of 825 Staff
• A fund-a-need to support 825 Programs
• A discussion with ED Tyler Olsen-Highness, and Associate ED David Valentine
