AFEC helps disadvantaged youth in India who are forced to exit orphanages or care homes upon turning 18 with no support for the future.

Our Launchpad for Adulthood program helps them transition to independence and economic stability by providing them full support for tuition and board for vocational training or higher education, life skills training, assistance with job placement, and mentoring for 2 years.

Since 2019, we have enrolled over 800 youth in our program, with less than a 5% dropout rate and 267 in steady employment after completing their training in fields such as nursing, automotive repair, and hospitality.
