What's on Tap: The Stadium at Tidewater Landing

The upcoming panel discussion on "The Stadium at Tidewater Landing" will take place on September 3, 2024, at the Providence Brewing Company. This event is hosted by the ACE Mentor Program Rhode Island and sponsored by GZA. The panel will include key figures involved in the Tidewater Landing project:

Panel:

• Dan Kroeber - Managing Partner and Director of Development at Fortuitous Partners, who is instrumental in the development of the stadium and surrounding areas.
• David Peart - President of Rhode Island FC (RIFC), the soccer team that will call the stadium home.
• Michael Woollen - Vice President and National PLAY Studio Leader at Labella Associates, who has been involved in the architectural design of the stadium.
• Darin Overton - Principal Civil Engineer at SLR Consulting, contributing to the engineering aspects of the project.
• Greg Manzolillo - Project Manager at Dimeo, overseeing the construction process.
• Todd Greene - Principal at GZA, looking at early site studies for the project and the event sponsor.

The discussion will be moderated by Cliff Wood from Civic Innovations.

The Tidewater Landing project is a significant development in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, featuring a professional soccer stadium that is part of a larger mixed-use development. The stadium is seen as a transformative project for the area, including additional phases that will bring housing, retail, and other amenities to the region.
