A little insight into our honey. We asked our volunteers who helped harvest the honey to give us one word that would describe our first honey and that word is sunshine. It is light, smooth, and delicately sweet, with bright notes of honeysuckle, lemon, and ripe pear. Hints of vanilla and chamomile create a soft floral finish, making this a beautifully balanced honey that tastes like sunshine in every spoonful
