This September, we’re raising a glass to nearly two decades of creativity, individuality, and community! Join us for a special After Hours as we celebrate the 19th annual “Outside Forces” exhibition, our longest-running and most expansive show of the year.
For almost twenty years, “Outside Forces” has brought together self-taught and independent artists from across the country alongside Art Enables resident artists, creating a vibrant conversation of styles, perspectives, and stories. From playful to profound, this exhibition has become a cornerstone of our exhibition calendar, spotlighting artists who work outside traditional art spaces and celebrating their voices on a national stage.
At After Hours, you’ll have the chance to experience this year’s exhibition in an intimate, evening setting, giving you time to linger with the art, connect with our community, and mark this exciting milestone with us. To sweeten the evening, we’ll also have light bites at our Unexpected Pairings Bar and sparkling Spritzes to sip as you explore the gallery.
Come celebrate 19 years of “Outside Forces”—a tradition that continues to grow, inspire, and showcase the extraordinary power of self-taught art.
Art Enables is committed to providing access to everyone. If you require accommodation during your visit, please make a note in the RSVP or email us at info@art-enables.org.
Art Enables mission to amplify the creative careers of artists with disabilities is only possible because of the generous support of people like you! If you would like to support our work, please include a donation with your RSVP. A gift of any amount helps champion the work of our resident artists.
