JOIN US.... to learn about how you can support proposed statewide regulations that will help reduce the impacts of flooding by requiring stormwater management for redevelopment projects, elevate new and redevelopment above floodplains, and encourage nature-based infrastructure solutions. 

The New Jersey Protecting Against Climate Threat Resilient Environments and Landscapes (NJPACT REAL) rules are re-proposed by the NJDEP with substantial amendments. 

Written public comments are due by Sept 20, and the public hearing is Sept 3. 

ANJEC Executive Director, Jennifer M. Coffey, will provide an overview of the rules and guide participants to craft comments to support the adoption of NJPACT REAL and advocate for rules changes that provide equal protection from flood risk for people living in affordable housing.
