A 4-Week Workshop for Adults Exploring Internal Family Systems Therapy
Are you curious about the different parts of yourself and how they shape your experiences, emotions, and relationships? Mapping the Parts of Me is a four-week interactive workshop designed for adults (18+) interested in self-exploration through the lens of Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy. Led by licensed therapist and social worker Sam Bunnyfield (Level 2 IFS Practitioner), this series will help you build a deeper relationship with yourself, navigate masking and unmasking, and develop skills to advocate for your therapeutic needs.
Each session will incorporate hands-on activities such as sandtray exercises, art therapy, and guided partner work to explore different aspects of your internal world in a safe and supportive environment.
Workshop Breakdown:
πΉ Week 1: Building a Relationship with Self β Introduction to IFS and exploring personal parts through sandtray exercises.
πΉ Week 2: Overcoming Barriers to Therapy β Art therapy to explore fears about therapy, what to look for in a good therapist, and parts that feel the need to mask.
πΉ Week 3: Unmasking and Connection β Learning how to unmask safely in a therapeutic space and practicing early connections.
