Now in its 5th year, Our Turn is a specially designed concert offers a welcoming and inclusive space for audiences of all ages and abilities. With a relaxed atmosphere and flexible seating, families can enjoy the music at their own pace. Lighting and sound levels are carefully adjusted for comfort, and a judgment-free environment allows audience members to move, vocalize, or take breaks as needed.
The Omaha Symphony will showcase the rich sounds of the orchestra, introducing the many instruments that bring music to life. From the shimmer of strings to the boom of the bass drum, audiences can experience a joyful journey through music. This program is designed in collaboration with Autism Action Partnership to engage without overwhelming. Whether it’s your first time at the symphony or a return visit, this relaxed performance invites everyone to share in the beauty of live music together.
Omaha Symphony Forte concerts strive to create an environment of Radical Hospitality. We recognize capacity and crowd size influences how comfortable folks feel at events. Advanced registration is appreciated and will allow those individuals to receive Know Before You Go information.
