Interview Skills Workshop

Interviews can be stressful, but being prepared makes all the difference. In this hands-on workshop, you'll learn what to expect during the hiring process and practice the skills you need to interview with confidence.

Together, we'll:

• Learn about different types of interviews and what employers are looking for.
• Walk through the hiring process, from application to job offer.
• Watch a live interview demonstration.
• Practice answering common interview questions
• Create a personalized routine and confidence mantra to use before interviews.
• Explore simple strategies and interview-friendly fidgets to help manage nerves.
• Practice your skills with mock interviews 

To end the workshop, Live Well Dress Well will help each participant choose professional interview clothing, and everyone will leave with a free interview outfit.

By the end of the day, you'll have the skills, confidence, and professional attire to make a great first impression at your next interview.
